Guided by Matt Payne, our Concreting division boasts a highly skilled and committed team proficient in multiple forms of concrete with capabilities also in excavation, civil and landscaping.

We consider ourselves fortunate to collaborate with some of Melbourne’s most esteemed builders, entrusted with delivering concreting both structural and civil. Our extensive experience includes working on large pad sites for QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) mixed use and petrol stations, educational institutions, and commercial/industrial developments.

We also boast experience in live sites, with a notable example being our work for Coca Cola and Fonterra. This demands meticulous planning, rigorous adherence to increased Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, and stringent sanitary practices.

At TTC, our commitment to a structured process is a cornerstone of our operations, and this ethos extends seamlessly into our concrete division. Prior to commencing any project, we implement a rigorous pre-job review process. This encompasses a comprehensive assessment of the program, scope, staging, safety, material take-offs, traffic management requirements and thorough review of any RFI’s. Additionally, we carefully consider mix design , assess Greenstar requirements and only order steel which is certified by the Australian certification Authority.

Having worked on projects for Woolworths, Mc Donald’s, VSBA, KFC, Coca Cola and JB- HI-FI to name few, the concreting division is equipped to tackle any commercial concreting project with projects ranging from $100k right through to $1.5million averaging $500K.
