At the helm of our Commercial Fit Out division stands Matt Kabastankis, leading a highly skilled team proficient in all facets of Fit Out work, including partitions, plastering, glazing, aluminium, and distinctive ceilings/wall panelling. Our in-house glazing capabilities afford us a competitive edge in cost efficiency for numerous projects.
TTC is distinguished as a process-driven enterprise, prioritizing meticulous pre-construction planning. We assess lead times, address seismic considerations, perform comprehensive material take-offs, and promptly raise any RFIs to pre-emptively mitigate delays once on-site, particularly in cases with tightly scheduled programs.
Collaborating closely with some of Melbourne’s premier commercial fit out builders, TTC has achieved successful outcomes on a spectrum of notable projects, including those for esteemed institutions such as, Miele, Deakin University, Monash University, Holmesglen Institute, Victoria Police, Activision, Northern Hospital, and numerous others. Our project packages range from $100k to $1.2 million, with an average contract size of $350k.”
