About Us
Established in 2014, Total Trade Constructions (TTC) has redefined the building and construction industry with our innovative approach. By seamlessly integrating multiple trade disciplines under one roof, we possess the unique ability to manage diverse scopes of work within a single project. From tender stage to handover, we stand as essential stakeholders alongside our valued clients and builders. Our commitment to nurturing enduring partnerships with project managers, contract administrators, estimators, and site foremen consistently leads to repeat collaborations, exemplifying our dedication to excellence in every endeavor.”
Under the leadership of Managing Director Nathan Payne and Director Michael Ricci, TTC is propelled by a dynamic team of seasoned professionals. Construction Manager Will Morley spearheads all three divisions and leads our estimating efforts. Our management structure comprises our directors, construction manager, and division heads, collectively bringing over 70 years of invaluable experience to the table. This wealth of expertise empowers us to approach any project with confidence, consistently offering inventive construction solutions, value management, and cost-saving strategies by efficiently merging multiple scopes within a single endeavor.
TTC operates through three distinct divisions: Commercial Fit Out, Concreting, and Carpentry. Our innovative business model allows us to leverage the strengths of all three divisions on any given project. With a dedicated team of 35 full-time staff and an extensive network of trusted subcontractors across all divisions, we ensure seamless project execution. Furthermore, our robust financial foundation is supported by over 50 trade accounts, bolstering our purchasing power and fostering enduring supplier relationships. This strength in our supply chain proved invaluable during challenging times, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring uninterrupted access to critical materials when many businesses faced shortages.
